The third Twilight film could be worth seeing, apparently it's more action packed, and it's directed by the guy who made 30 Days of Night(so already worked with the vampire side) and Hard Candy. I look forwards to Eclipse. Yet to see New Moon.

I haven't read the books, and don't think I ever will.

Saw Drag Me To Hell last night, fantastic!!

GI:Joe was a masterpiece!! no, it was rather silly.

Watched Star Trek(2009) last night, suppose you have to be a fan to really appreciate it, but did enjoy it, but not the masterpiece a lot have made it out to be.

Armored - 5.5/10

Another typical heist movie with no surprises. I really liked the cast and thought the movie would pick up in the end, but it didn't. It's an entertaining watch on a Sunday arvo if you are hungover at the very least.

The Blind Side - 9/10

An awesome sports movie that I believe is as good, if not better than Jerry Maguire. It's got everything, from great performances to a story that touches your heart. I loved every minute of it. Go check it out!

Avatar - 10/10

What can I possibly say that hasn't already been said? If you haven't seen it you deserve to have your eyes gauged out with burning pitchforks from hell, the movie defines entertainment.

Law Abiding Citizen - 6.5/10

I didn't mind this. Yes, it was overly violent and the plot was kinda stupid, but for some reason, both Foxx and Butler held my interest to the very end. I liked the chemistry they had and I think the story had real potential, even though the movie didn't do it justice (no pun intended).

Paranormal Activity - 8/10

Wow, what a movie. It's just an experience to sit there and watch this in a dark room. So well done and so chilling, truly. Go see it.

Saw 6 - 6/10

I've already forgotten this movie. It's just violent porn. As soon as I've seen it, I erase it from my head. It's barely watchable anymore, despite how much I really love the series. Let's hope the 3D one picks up, tenfold.

Sherlock Holmes - 7.5/10

I had a good time seeing this and so did my whole family. It's something everyone can enjoy and that's what I love about it. Downey and Law have amazing chemistry and are just hilarious together and the old-fashioned setting really creates a unique cinematic experience that you don't see too often these days at the movie. Check it out!

hahaha I only posted that post to get free movie tickets.

Then I fell asleep in the movie, it sucked hard.

You get free film tickets for advertising the films? I hate you.

Oh and stop with that crap term porn when describing horror like Saw, I'm sick of it. Sorry, just despise the lazy retarded term that some moron created called torture porn and now everyone seems to use, even though there has been worse violence/gore in horror for decades already... it's not film terminology and never will be. It's now moving into disaster films too, read some idiot describing 2012 as disaster porn.

I'm calm now.

Watched The Invention of Lying, and Rob Zombie's Halloween II last night. The former was all right and had a good idea but didn't get much out of it, and Halloween II was a masterpiece compared to the first remake but still nothing special.

Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief - 6/10

While I'm not usually one to totally agree with all the critics, this is definitely a Harry Potter wannabe, and it isn't ashamed of it. The movie deals with some really cool ideas and the overall story about Gods and Demi-Gods is actually interesting, in fact I dare say it's a lot more interesting then the magic mythology that surrounds Harry Potter. However, the movie rushes through most of the plot points and skips key character developments, resulting in a movie that comes off as laughable nonsense with characters the audience won't care about after they've left the cinema.

Bronson - surreal film based on the prisoner Charles Bronson. Tom Hardy plays him in the film and he is incredible. Excellent film. 8/10

Daybreakers - 8/10

A vampire movie with a twist. In this story, the vampires have taken over the planet and are harvesting humans as food. However, as the vampire race grows, the demand for human blood soon outstrips supply and the vampires begin going hungry. While all the rich vampires are living it up on pure human blood, all the bottom feeding poor vampires are stuck with nothing to eat, and they end up going wild and feral, killing other vampires. During this epidemic, a vampire scientist played by Ethan Hawke discovers a unique way to turn vampires back into humans, although it is extremely painful.

This is an amazing movie with a great story, fantastic cast and gritty atmosphere. The entire movie was made in Australia and is probably the biggest Australian-financed movie we have ever done.

Check it out!

The budget was only about $20 million(with help from America too), Australia have come out with films costing far more. But $19 million or so more than their film Undead at least lol.

Watched Fantastic Mr. Fox last night, fabulous. As much as I adore Up, I'd like to see Fantastic Mr. Fox or Coraline win Best Animation at the Oscars.

Alice in Wonderland - 5/10

Nice to look at...in fact some of the scenes borderline on art, however the movie falls down in the story department. Plus the dance at the end is unforgivable rubbish.

Shutter Island - 8/10

A very classy film, shot beautifully with an amazing score. Shutter Island has a gripping storyline, that despite the obvious twist, still manages to surprise. Go see it.

Cracks - Fantastic film starring Eva Green, changed quite a bit from the book but still a very good mainstream debut from Jordan Scott(daughter of Ridley Scott).

Le Donk & Scor-Zay-Zee - Not Shane Meadows best film, prefer all his others over this.
