Wii Essentials

Am I missing anything essential for the Nintendo Wii?

I have:

Console - obviously...
2 Controllers with Motion Plus
2 Nunchuks
1 Fit Board

Are there any other accessories needed? any help is fine and dandy.

If you plan to play any Virtual Console games, get a Classic controller or 2.
If you plan to play any Gamecube games, get a Gamecube controller.

No they are not essential.... You can play Virtual console games with what you have... Not sure about gamecube games though... never tried GC games with Wii controllers

SOME virtual console games can be played with the Wii remote alone. NES games all can be, Sega Master system, some Genesis games. Pretty much all the rest require a gamecube or classic controller.

How would you play a SNES or N64 game without a classic controller? There aren't enough buttons on the Wii remote!

Gamecube games need a Gamecube controller, one way or the other.

Oh I got that silly little racing wheel... it came with the Mario Kart game I got. I heard it's a rather rubbish controller to use, not very accurate.

It doesn't actually do anything, it's just the same as using the Wii remote on it's own. I prefer using the nunchuk myself.

I love the wheel... I don't actually drive a car, so um, it's a nice feeling...
